Three people affiliated with the “Occupy Wall Street” movement were arrested at a Wells Fargo branch in Des Moines, Iowa on Wednesday, according to the Associated Press.
The protesters said they targeted Wells Fargo because the bank gave $61,500 to Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign. And Mitt wants to privatize Big Bird to solve the nation’s fiscal problems. Actually, if Mitt simply gave the federal government the $61,500, he’d probably put as much of a dent in the fiscal deficit as forcing the adolescent Big Bird to sell advertising. Let’s see if Mitt is willing to sacrifice for the good of the nation.
