The United States needs a vicious, hostile, bitter and super powerful boogie man in order to keep scaring the American people into supporting a military that is larger than the rest of the world’s combined armed forces. It’s a profitable rackett. Also, it comes in handy when this awful super villian of a nation happens to be very weak and hasn’t attacked another country in hundreds of years. That marks the perfect victim, especially if it has oil. And did I mention this is a reelection year? If Obama becomes a war president, then his chances for reelection rise astronomically if the US military spanks the bad guys of Iran.

Does the Obama Re-Election Plan Include Becoming a War President?

The war of words are heating up between Iran the United States. So what if Iran develops a nuclear bomb? If they use it, it’ll be suicide against Pakistan, India or Israel. Those nations have more bombs. So maybe the Iranians want the bomb for defense. I can understand fear of the USA. Iran does have oil. North Korea doesn’t, which is why we didn’t war monger much against them when they were developing the bomb.

There is a presidential election coming up. When is the last time American voters turned out a president at or near the beginning of a war, especially when it was trumped up as a defensive war, or a war of revenge, or whatever. The thought probably hasn’t been lost on members of the Obama administration.

Maybe the harsh words being exchanged between the US and Iran are to prepare us to support another profitable, but useless, war of aggression that will be branded “to make the world safe for…whatever appeals to the sensibilities of gullible American citizens. Two Out of Three Hispanic Voters Favor Obama Over His Republican Rivals

WASHINGTON — More than two-thirds of Hispanics prefer President Barack Obama to any of his Republicans rivals, despite wide disapproval of his policies on illegal immigrants, a new poll showed Wednesday.

If Obama were to face former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney in November 2012, 68 percent of Hispanics polled would cast ballots for the Democratic incumbent, according to the survey carried out by the Pew Hispanic Center.
